Luc Anselin and Marynia Kolak presented at the annual meeting of the Western Regional Science Association in Pasadena, CA from Feb 12-14. Luc discussed Mike Goodchild's 6th Annual Getis-Ord Lecture in Spatial Analysis on "Rethinking History: The Legacy of Earlier Technological Constraints." Luc and Marynia also presented their work on "A spatial perspective on the econometrics of program evaluation."
