Postdoctoral Scholar, Harris School and Center for Spatial Data Science, University of Chicago

Jamie is a postdoctoral fellow in the economics group of the Harris School. He studies compactness as a tool for districting reform (gerrymandering), the graph structure of American neighborhoods, and the accessibility of public resources. In practice, this means constrained clustering algorithms.

He has taught the introduction to the programming sequence for Harris MPP students.
