Center Partnership with NORC Researchers Wins NORC Idealab Competition

CENTER PARTNERSHIP WITH NORC RESEARCHERS WINS NORC IDEALAB COMPETITION

The UChicago Center for Spatial Data Science and NORC (the National Opinion Research Center) were awarded $25K in the internal NORC IDEAlab competition to promote spatial analysis. The proposal is to further integrate the spatial econometrics methods and software from the Center into the program evaluation efforts at NORC, through the development of an illustrative case study, training and an assessment of the use of spatial analytical methods by large consulting firms.
